The company Partners Direct faced problems related to administrative and operational tasks. Initially, the company relied on its employees to perform a variety of duties, including planning, expense reporting, CRM updates, research, and even organizing its own trips. In 2018, Don Valeriano, CEO of Partners Direct, assumed a leadership role in the organization and focused on growth. To achieve this goal, he recognized the need to improve efficiency and productivity by providing vital support to manufacturers and senior management of the company in carrying out their day-to-day operations. To do this, they hired AgainAgain Agency.
